📌 Order Modifications:
Once your order is confirmed, changes to the contents cannot be made. If you’d like to add or remove items, please reach out to our Support team using the WhatsApp icon below for assistance before your order is shipped. We’ll do our best to help!
📌 Address Changes:
Need to update your delivery address? Let us know within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll happily accommodate the change. Requests made after this window will incur a small fee of INR 100.
📌 Packaging Requests:
If you’d like your items shipped in separate boxes, kindly mention this in the Order Notes section *before* placing your order. Requests for separate packaging after shipping can still be arranged but will include an additional shipping fee.
As for gift notes, our team lovingly handwrites short messages (20-30 words) for a personal touch. For longer notes, we’ll print them on white paper in a standard font to ensure clarity.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day. We also pause shipping on public holidays or during unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
